I too find I sleep deeper on my side and they showed me all the pillows I should use to do so and maintain back protocols at rehab. It is just such a pain that I just went back to sleeping on my back while in this dumb brace...

Hello,
I'm back.
Talking about sleep I was in a hotel 2 nights, and the place is located between 2 main roads. The hotel did have double glazed windows, yet the sounds from the vehicles on both roads made it through the windows. So sleep was very interrupted kind. But, now I'm back and slept well in my bed at home.
No meds since June 2011

102 this partly cloudy cold morning. 18° when I got up just after 7AM.

Yesterday's high was 39°, today's forecast is 42°/19° or possibly 29° overnight but kind of doubt that forecast.

Good to have you back skb! Yeah, there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed after traveling!

105 this morning.  We got to a high of 64° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 66° today and 68° tomorrow then Tuesday a drop to 52° and windy again.  Some where it is going to rain but not here.
Yeah, hotels, hospitals, etc. not very good for sleeping but getting back home is always a nice feeling.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

93 this cloudy morning.

39° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 40°/25° with a chance of rain showers and maybe some snow flurries. At least it is fairly warm weather...relatively speaking! LOL

101 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 64° and it is supposed to get to 68° today, that's fairly warm for me  ;D . Tomorrow it will be a big drop to 54° and windy, really windy, yuck!

120 this cloudy, morning with snow flurries.

44° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 33°/19° Winter is trying to show it's face once again. Light snow started yesterday evening, but only a dusting this morning so expect it will melt off during the day. What is troubling is the nights are getting colder again. I shouldn't be that surprised as Feb is usually one of the coldest months...

Have an Amazon package coming today via USPS, I am hoping I can get her to deliver the small package that is part of this order that will come Thursday. I feel like I am really inconveniencing my neighbors and hope Postal lady will help me out.

102 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 68° and the wind started to roar last night and is supposed to go on all day today but right now it is not bad at all.  I agree Barbara, I am not fond of the wind at all but we get a lot of it here. I hope it doesn't get to you Barbara but it seems that usually that is what happens.
 Our high today is supposed to be 55° and in the 50s for the rest of the week.  There is a chance of some rain in parts of Southern California on the other side of the mountains closer to the coast.

I sure hope the wind goes either North or South of me!! Temp forecast today has changed to 35°/17°, not much difference but warmer during the day.

90 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 56° and it is supposed to be the same today.  The overnight low was predicted to be 26° but it was a warmer 34° so above freezing.  It will probably be colder tonight and tomorrow is going to be a couple of degrees colder then warming up.  The wind is out of here, don't know where it is going and hoping it misses you Barbara.

35° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 35°/16°. So far no wind and no big winds in the forecast, hope it stays that way!

Post lady said it was against the rules to bring me something that would fit in mailbox but since Wed was a slow day and package is small (1oz bottle of vanilla extract) she'd bring it down to me. Second order is all in one shipment coming via UPS today or maybe tomorrow (detailed tracking looks like tomorrow but says today).

105 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 54° and it is going to be close to that today but no wind!   ~clp~   It is going to begin to warm up now and it should be 70° on the weekend.  On the 10 day forecast there is a fairly good chance of rain in about a week or so but that is too far out to take as valid.  I hope it turns out good though.
I was lucky when I lived on the mountain because we lived on the state highway it was kept plowed if it snowed and it was paved so rain didn't cause any problem.  The Mail delivery was by a contractor so they went to more effort to deliver to everyone to keep their contract.  Because it was paved we got delivery from all including UPS, Fedex and others but people that lived up some of the dirt roads didn't when the weather prevented them from driving on them. 
Here in town it isn't a problem, just stupid delivery people that deliver to the wrong address.  This happens too often here and it is usually the USPS.

112 this sunny yet cold morning.

Yesterday's high was 33°, today's forecast is 38°/13°. No wind to speak of and no rain or snow...I'll take it!

Fed EX and UPS always come right to my door even if the road is muddy. USPS won't if road is bad or if delivery will fit in mailbox on the street.
