Tried, but it didn't quite work. Since location shows on station not much to cover up anyway. As I said, I am not exactly in that station area so not much info to be gained ...

106 this partly cloudy morning.

52° was the high here yesterday, today's forecast is kind of puzzling. One site says 62°/24° with rain late at night. Two others are in the 62°/42° range with rain showers late. Tomorrow may be rainy then fairly nice rest of the week. So I will have to cover the cat beds before dark tonight.

Kitties looking for breakfast, better go feed them!

108 this drizzly morning. Dang not happy with the rain!

64° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is for occasional showers and possible thunder (Yuk!) temp around 49°/37°.

All I am doing today is taking the garbage up to the road. (Got my new can last week, they put a little tag on it with my name...misspelled as "Babe" oh my! Was going to call them but what the heck, I can be Babe...LOL!)

Wally, I just realized you did post in Exercise yesterday, guess skb missed that post. I thought I had read a post of yours.

116 this morning.  Yeah I wrote a reply here yesterday and I guess I get in a hurry sometimes and don't hit the post button after writing it.  I have done that before too.  I just have to take the time to make sure I push that button! ::)
We had a high of 87° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 90° today.  This is Spring in the Mojave Desert! 
In my post that didn't happen I was saying that the Wunderground page I posted is for my own personal weather station that is in my backyard.  The one in the grey circle is mine and it also shows the others around me so there are quite a few in the area.  All of the data is what my weather station sends to my station console and it is attached to the internet.  I don't use all of the data, mostly just the temp. and wind and rain if it is raining but it is handy that they keep all of your data so you can go back and see what was happening in the past. It is a free service that is supported by ads. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

110 this partly cloudy morning.

49° was the high here yesterday and it drizzled most of the day. Today's forecast is 60°/33° mostly cloudy though it seems the sun is trying to come out a bit.

Today will be a quiet day, tomorrow I have a couple errands to run so it will be busier. I plan to go by the local clinic and see if they have a pcp that is accepting new patients. It is connected with the hospital where my current pcp is located so would have access to all my medical records. Keeping my fingers crossed.

80 this morning.  I was a real good boy yesterday and it shows today.  I have gained 20 pounds after getting out of the hospital and have decided it is time to do something about it and I know cutting carbs does the trick.
We got to 89° yesterday and it is supposed to be 86° today so pretty much the same.
A quiet day here also and actually a quiet week.  I am not unhappy about that.
The medical clinic where my PCP is also is owned by the hospital and there are other doctors there that are available if I ever wanted to change although that is not likely.  There are also specialist that are there or others that come in from elsewhere so we have most specialties covered. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

For me, that takes about 4 days to show, but then that would also depend on how long you have been bad. IMO a little weight would do you good.

109 this sunny morning.

61° was the high yesterday and mostly sunny. Today's forecast is 66° high and either 30° or 45° overnight (big difference between sites!). At least it will be clear and only occasional clouds so the mud can dry up once again on the road.

Since I was able to get the new pcp appointment on the phone yesterday, I am going to wait until tomorrow before going out to run errands. Another day of rest can't hurt.

Weighed today 125.9#. Last time was 125.2# so up .7#. I know it can vary a lot day to day, but at least right now going in the right direction.

103 this morning.  We got to 86° yesterday and it is supposed to 87° today then into the 90s starting tomorrow.  Summer is right around the corner!
Yeah I am the one wanting to lose some weight and I don't expect it to be rapid, just as long as I can be consistent and my goal in 20 pounds and that may take a couple of months but I think that is better.  Barbara, if we could find a way to swap a few pounds I would be all for it, not sure how to accomplish that though!
I am glad you got an appointment with a new PCP.  I hope you get better results and someone that will listen to you.  My weight can vary 1-2 pounds from one day to the next so I don't really pay attention to that but I keep track of what it is doing over a few days and what the trend is, up or down.
