81 this morning, just salad for dinner makes for low numbers. ;D
Our high yesterday was 93° and it is headed to 95° today.  They are saying that there is about a 90% chance we are heading to an El Niño which usually means a lot more rain for the West Coast of the USA and a lot less rain for India.  I guess we will just have to wait and see what develops.
I had an MRI about a year ago for my lower back and it was both with and without contrast also and it was not as bad as the one I had several years ago for my knee so some things have changed. 
Things have been blooming here for a while and our Iris in the front yard bloomed like crazy but are all done now.  They have a short period when they bloom and then are done. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I don't think my puny little mini iris have even peeked out of the ground yet! I'll have to go and see if I can find them.

107 this drizzly morning. Darn didn't expect as much rain overnight, now will have to dry out the bedding in kitty beds.

Yesterday's high was 78°, today's forecast is 75°/48° with a chance of some more showers. Boo! The showers keep creeping in and not showing on the 10 day forecast.

Hoping to hear from Gastro soon. The results showed on my Portal, but I can't understand most of them. It doesn't look like there is cancer but a bunch of other stuff that I need to have explained. Sigh...the waiting is always the worst.

90 this morning.  We got to 96° yesterday and heading to 97° today.  There is some chance of rain for parts of Southern California that the meteorologist call "Monsoonal moisture" because it comes from the Equator and normally affects Arizona more than here.  We are not expecting any rain but it does raise the humidity which we usually don't have.
Yeah Barbara, I have found that it is best to get your results for a lot of things that are not the usual tests we are familiar with.  Often the lab or doctor that the lab uses have explanations that just are not understandable to the layman.  After the MRI I had of my spine for sciatica I had to wait for the orthopedic Dr. to understand what was there. 
I am off in a bit to see the Urologist for my elevated PSA but I don't expect to have any unexpected info as the result from my latest test is actually lower and that has been a good sign for him.

Yeah, one almost has to have a medical degree to understand some of these reports the Portal gives us access to!

Got the call from my Gastro's office today. No changes, everything is OK, nothing to worry about. They are putting me on a once a year MRI schedule which is OK with me. Phew, a load off my mind! I will ask about all the other things in the report next appointment with him.

Never heard of ChatGPT before, will have to look it up online.

It's a AI based search platform like Google. Haven't tried it myself yet, but heard/read a lot about it.

109 this sunny morning.

It only made it to 69° here yesterday, it was cloudy most of the day. Today's forecast is 80°/45° sunny but possibly smoky/hazy. Hopefully the 10 day forecast is to be trusted this time with the only mention of showers is for next Monday.

Will put the blankets back in the kitty beds today and that is about it. Feel kind of tired and achey today.

Glad you got good news about your MRI Barbara my appointment with the Urologist was good also, nothing to worry about and he will see me in a year.

Glad your appointment went well Wally and thanks for being glad my news was good too.

I am having enough challenges with the fitbit at this point, I am not going to try to learn something else new until I figure out current issue.  My poor brain can only take so many challenges at one time, LOL!

75° was the high yesterday and it was quite hazy/smoky though I haven't heard of any fires nearby. forecast is. 85°/49° again with haze. I'll take the haze over more rain though.

I really am going to try to slow down a bit today. It just seems there is so much that needs to be done around here. When I sit, I see something I "should" be doing and get up to do it. I know my back needs more rest and I don't want to push it.

Well what do you know? Got another of those  "Your Amazon account will be suspended if you  don't click this link" spams, sheesh,  will they never stop??     

 Guess today I will tackle the new patient forms...

103 this morning.  We got to 97° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 99° today, not 100° yet and today is supposed to be the hottest for the next few days although we will be in the low to mid 90s so pretty much the same.
Barbara, no they will never stop.  They just send out thousands of those spam emails to catch the 1-2% that will fall for it and that is all they need.  I need to get my car smoged and registered by the end of June and I need to renew my drivers license also.  I hate dealing with the DMV but I can't put it off for long.
