116 this sunny morning.

65° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is another sunny day and 78°/51° though another site puts the overnight at 40°. Still cool overnights.

Glad your weight is going in the right direction Wally. I am usually in the lose category but nowadays gaining seems to be my direction. I think I would be happy at 130# at this point.

104 this morning.  We had a high of 95° yesterday and it is supposed to be the same today.  Tomorrow they are expecting for a high of 100° which would be the first time this year but then cooling down a bit and be in the 80s next week.
I'm pleased where my weight is going.  I was not worried much about the BMI or any other measure but I felt uncomfortable and it actually kind of sneaked up on me how much weight I had gained. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I'm up about 5 kgs from the lowest I have been. If I eat badly the weight comes on immediately and that in itself is a good indicator, though the weight itself may not be as welcome.

124 this cloudy maybe drizzly morning. Slight transgression at dinner, but I was so hungry...

71° was high yesterday, a nice sunny day. Today's forecast is 74°/49° with good chance of showers this morning...and maybe a thunder storm...sigh. Looks like back to dreary/possibly wet days for the next few days... :(

103 this morning.  We had a high of 93° yesterday and it is now predicted to get to 99° today and not 100°.  Oh well, it was kind of interesting that we would hit 100° but it is June and it is heading to hot soon. 
I had a bad night last night and didn't get much sleep so I am going back to bed and skip walking today.
The South Eastern USA didn't get a Gericho but they have some very bad weather and some tornados that flattened at least one town in Texas.  There is a chance of more bad weather there today.

105 this rainy morning.

69° was the high yesterday, rain held off until late at night. Today's forecast is 62°/39° with showers in the morning then clouds most of the rest of the day.

Looks like the 10 day forecast is pretty damp. The weeds are growing all over, now I am hoping for the damp weather through 4th of July, otherwise could be some bad fire danger here.

It is Father's day here, I guess skb is our only father (maybe shottlebop?) so skb, wishing you a Happy Father's Day!   Don't know if it is celebrated in India...

85 this morning.  We did get to the predicted 99° yesterday and the overnight low was 76° and it was 76° at 6:00AM but it is supposed to be a bit cooler today at 96° but then not a noticeable difference.  Wednesday is the first official day of Summer and from the forecast it looks like we will be in the 100+ temps as expected.
Yeah Happy Fathers Day to any and all fathers out there.

Thank you. We do wish the fathers a Happy Father's Day. Some children would maybe buy a gift or host a dinner, something on those lines. So, yes, in urban India it is celebrated.

105 this partly cloudy morning.

61° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 55°/38° chance of showers.

Felt out of sorts yesterday, chills and just not "right". Hope I am not getting sick. Late in day both wrists started to ache. This morning, right one seems OK but left one is still aching. Don't know what I did or if it is Arthritis... I'm hoping as the day goes on it will work itself out.

Today is garbage day, I had planned on a couple of errands, but I think the garbage up to the road is all that is going to happen until wrist gets better.

107 this morning.  We got to 96° yesterday and the wind picked up in the afternoon and has blown all night and it is supposed to keep it up all day today, UGH!  I am really not a fan of the wind when it is 20-30 MPH all day. 
Hope you are feeling better Barbara.  Sometimes with me it takes moving for a while to get rid of joint pain.  Then again sometimes that doesn't work either so I guess it just depends on what is causing it.

Thanks Wally, I am hoping moving will loosen it up. I even got out a 1# weight and am gently exercising the left wrist. Hoping for the best, next step will be the Bone & Joint dr.

93 this sunny morning. Just before testing this morning, I was wondering if I'd ever see a 2 digit fbg again. And lo and behold, there it was! Maybe it was the bacon, egg, and wilted spinach I had for dinner??

It was around 58° for the high, I missed the exact # as I did end up running my errands yesterday. Today's forecast is 63°/39° mostly sunny, but one site has the ole "possible" rain/t-storm forecast.

Wrists much better today, but still somewhat stiff. The brace did help, especially driving and shopping.
