90 this morning.  Today is the vernal equinox or the Spring equinox, they use both for the same thing nowadays, in the Northern hemisphere.  I am hoping we will get some Spring like weather before it gets hot and it looks like a nice 74° for today but we may get to 90° next week !

61° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 41°/34° with a 30% chance of snow flurries...le sigh. I guess Winter wants to hang around a bit longer...

Yep the days are surely getting hotter and if all goes to plan I have to visit a city in the north which is going to be much hotter.

90 this morning.  We got to 76° yesterday and it is heading to 78°
 today then over 80° for the rest of the week.
Off to PT in a couple of hours.  I don't really think it is doing any good but I have two more sessions, today and next Wednesday. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

107 this mostly cloudy morning.

Yesterday's high was 46°, today's forecast is 46°/27° so Winter still has a bit of a hold here...

I was planning on going out today to shop and go to PO but I think I'm going to give my knee another day before I go for it.

I guessed Cinnamon is a very carby spice and it turns out that it is 80% carbs.

89 this morning.  We got to 77° yesterday and now we get into the 80s foe the rest of the week.  Clear and no wind so pretty nice.  I do like the warmer weather before it gets hot.
SKB, I would never have suspected that Cinnamon would be carby.  I guess that because I have never used it except to add some flavor I don't get that much.

51° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 55°/31°.

I would never have suspected cinnamon to be so high in carbs! I only sprinkle a dash on my yogurt some mornings so really don't consume much.

Anything plant based has to be high in carbs but I had guessed that the number would be around 40-50%. However, the nutritional data said that the carbs are as high as 80%. That was the reason that my morning number was not in control all these days. Last night I took only a couple of small pieces and today I have dropped around 10 points. Tomorrow should be better. 128 today morning.

105 this morning.  We got to the predicted 83° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 64° today.  This is going to be a hot week through Saturday then cooling down to the 70s next week. 
I canceled my PT session today.  It doesn't seem to be doing any good and I am too sore to bother with it.  I see the orthopedist Friday and will see where we go from here. 
Yeah, I guess the main thing is how you use cinnamon. I have only used it as a flavoring and sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on something.  I believe that it has qualities that are good for you though.

59° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 65°/40°. I think Spring may be here finally!

I'm not going out until Friday/Saturday as I got a call from the surgery people that they are mailing me eye drops to use before and after surgery. Hopefully they will be in my PO box by Friday/Saturday.

94 this morning.  We got to 83° yesterday and heading to 88° today.  It didn't show in yesterday's morning weather report but now they are predicting that we have a 60% chance of rain Monday.  That would be welcome.  I doubt that we will get much, if anything, but any little bit would be nice.
Missing SKB this morning, hope all is OK.
