105 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 88° and it is supposed to be 87° today then back to the 90s starting tomorrow.  It did get windy yesterday afternoon with gusts up to 40 MPH but it is calm now.
My MRI went OK yesterday but it is tiring.  25 min. inside that machine with all of the noise then out and getting the injection for the contrast and back in for another 5 min.  When I got home I was kind of wiped out but got better as time passed.  He put ear muffs on me but they didn't do a lot to keep the noise out.  I have had an MRI before where they had noise canceling ear phones and played music that was much better .
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Yeah, mine uses the noise canceling ear phones and even asks what kid of music I want. I have an MRI on Wed. I have one every 6 months w/contrast too, so I do know how it does wipe you out even not doing anything but laying flat on the table.

Not much looking forward to next week...dentist, MRI, surgery....

104 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 88° again and now it is going to get warmer again with a high of 93° today and then it is going to get up to the high 90s next week. 
It sounds like you have a busy week Barbara, I just have an echocardiogram on Wednesday then that is it so not much.

115 this morning.

61° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 63°/42° mostly cloudy. They're still saying 80's are coming but it keeps getting pushed back. I just hope the wind is done with us here.

Looking out in the yard, a few more small branches down and maybe the tree at the head of the driveway has a broken limb. I didn't check there the other day. I need to get them off the grass.  I need to have that mowed soon too.

98 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 93° and it is supposed to be 96° today and warming up this week and 100° days are coming in just a few days.  Normal for here in June so expected.
Today is Memorial Day for us in the USA where we remember those that died in service to the country and it is also looked at the beginning of Summer by most even the actual start of Summer is still a few weeks away but it is when summer vacations start for a lot of people.  Being retired I am on vacation all the time but I don't have any travel plans. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

111 this morning.

61° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 75°/44° and sunny! We're warming some buy. tues they say 81° but also rain for a couple days. Still Spring here in MT which is definitely unsettled weather!

It is Memorial Day and despite the solemn reason for the Celebration, it is the first big "holiday" of the the "Summer season". I expect fireworks this evening....  Yeah Wally retirement certainly puts a totally different twist to 3 day weekends etc. Us retired folks have 7 day "weekends" every week!!  ~ cat ~

133 this morning. I think some stress is slipping in plus all the pain, all of a sudden.

Yesterday. was 70° a lovely day. Today's forecast is 80°/45° sunny but slight possibility of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

Dentist this morning at 11. A few new sore spots besides on the lower jaw. Frustrating... hope she can get them adjusted before surgery.

105 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 93° and it is supposed to be 96° today so same prediction as yesterday but we are supposed to be at or over 100° by the end of the week.  It looks like Summer weather is here.
Good luck with the dentist Barbara.  I hope you get relief.  I never got used to the partials I had and finally gave up on them but I do well with the teeth I have so I didn't really need them.  I suppose if I tried harder to adjust to them they may have been OK.  That was $2000 I wasted.

Yeah I am having second thoughts about the lower partial. I am going to ask the dentist about the price of just a couple lower molar implants, jus to give the upper plate something to chew with. I have the front teeth still. With the lower partial out when I smile you can't really see any missing teeth but I need a couple molars. I just don't know if I can stand this getting used to them period. And yeah...$4000 down the drain if I give up the partial...sigh...

106 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 95° and it is supposed to get to 98° today so getting closer to the 100° mark and that is probably tomorrow.  Off is a bit for an echocardiogram for my cardiologist appointment in a few days, just a routine he does a couple of times a year so not a big deal but he keeps an eye on my heart valve.
At this time it is probably worth it to try and see if you can get used to the partial.  Hopefully you can do better than I did.  My molars are gone also so implants would be useful but I do get along with what I have left so not considering it.

120 this drizzly morning.

Yesterday's high was 75° but rainy and a few thunder storms late afternoon. Today is supposed to be 58°/36° a few showers in the early am.

I called the surgeon's office yesterday about the pain pills. They told me it is OK to take my regular pain meds up to midnight before the surgery!! A miscommunication with the person that gave me instructions!! Thank goodness!! I have been in so much more pain the last few days, feeling better today!

I asked the dentist what lower implants. I was just asking about 1 molar per side but she came up with a plan for 2 a side with a floater tooth between ending up with 3 per side...yeah no, the number she gave me was $17,000. No way! The adjustments are really helping and with a dab of polygrip to the lower bridge I think I am going to stick with it!

ETA: Yeah Wally I'm just going to stick with what I have and hope things settle out and work fine.

115 this morning.

Yesterday's high was 60° with some wind. I was chilled most of the day, nerves perhaps? Today's forecast is 61°/36° small showers in the early morning then partly cloudy.

OMG! The nurse called to give me final instructions yesterday and my time to be there. 5:55AM tomorrow. Yikes! I'm going to have to leave no later than 5AM. I need to do the hibiclens shower and scrub my hand for 5 min with a provided sponge. Feed the cats yada, yada, yada. I will really be glad when this surgery is behind me. At least i will know better what will be coming for my. other hand!

Dentist and PO are all that is on agenda for today. I have yto check if my new checks and bank info have arrived yet.

Yeah Barbara, on one hand it is nice to have an early time for any surgery to get it over with and home early but it does require you to get up really early to get there.  I had to get up at 3:00 AM for my colonoscopy to finish the clean out and get there but I was home in the morning and for me not so bad as I am usually up by 5:00 AM most days.  Also I don't have cats to feed in the morning so something I don't have to deal with.

Yeah, the more I thought about it yesterday the better I felt about the early time. I am normally up about 6AM so not too much earlier. And that will mean it will be over early and I'll be home again sooner, so that is good. It is just the morning things that have to be done that throw the kink in just getting up early and showering and going.... Ah well, it will be over soon!
