127 this morning.

Yesterday's high was only 69° pretty cool for Summer, but then this Summer has been weird all around! Today's forecast is 81°/47° and sunny.

I'm going to make a quick grocery run and put gas in the car today. Tomorrow I have 2 dr appts. One up in town for follow up on my hand and the other at my new pcp's office for the Medicare Well Check. Fortunately they are spaced far enough apart to make both. I really need to check my phone calendar when I make appts! I can't keep them all in my brain any more....

87 this morning. Our high yesterday was 89° but it is going to warm up a bit starting today but still around the 100° mark which is just fine. On the plus side it is bright and sunny with no wind.
I could never keep my appointments in my head. I always put them in the calendar app on my phone so I have a way to make sure that when making a new appointment it doesn't fall on a day when I have another appointment and when I get home I also have a calendar that I put all of my appointments in so I can see what is upcoming.  If I don't have it written down I know I will not remember it. Too many to even try to remember them, LOL.

Yeah, I need to use the phone calendar too. I have one on the wall at home and on my computer. It wasn't until just now I realized they also transfered to the phone from there...dummy me!! Every day I check my wall calendar and note what is up for the week and I used to be able to remember, but like you said, there are just too many these days to rely on just memory!!

At least I was lucky one is at 11:30am and the other at 3:30pm so no problem making both this time.

I like to try to keep the phone calendar up to date so that when I am at the doctors office or anywhere else I am and need to make a new appointment I can make sure there isn't anything I am doing on that day. Relying on my memory is not an option.  ;D

114 this morning.

Yesterday's high was 72°, today's forecast is 83°/43° sunny with maybe some showers at night. Of all things, the weatherman last night said there is a small chance of snow later in the week at higher elevations like up at Glacier Park! don't think it would make it here but the colder weather could help the fires.

Today is going to be busy and I expect very tiring. At least I have a week before my next dr appt!!

104 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 96° and it is going to be warmer today with a predicted 103° but it should be around that for the rest of the week.  Still on the hot side but not too bad.
I am trying to get motivated to do some things around here but not sure where to begin.

That is exactly my problem too!! I have all these things that need to be done and when I try to figure out where to start, I can't decide so end up not doing anything on the list!

108 this morning. Our high yesterday was 102° so close to the prediction and should be the same today.
I have to get moving and get ready for an appointment with my dermatologist for some, 4, biopsies that were determined to be needed at my last appointment.  Hoping that they will come out negative but will find out.

99 this morning.

80° was the high yesterday, with a fair amount of rain unfortunately with wind, overnight. Today's forecast is 66°/40° partly cloudy.

The rain was good for the fire, unfortunately the wind wasn't as it jumped a fire line and is now heading East Though that is good as that is mainly forest land. It is looking better this morning!

107 this morning. Our high yesterday was 102° again and it is supposed to be the same today.
I just realized that this weekend is Labor Day weekend which is a national holiday in the USA and seen by most people as the unofficial end to Summer with a lot of outdoor barbeques and a lot of hot dogs and burgers on the grill. Not planning anything big here but we BBQ most days anyway.
I had 4 biopsies yesterday, one on my back, one on my right arm, one on the right side of my head and one on my left cheek. Whew, that seems like a lot and now healing from that. I also have a big lump on my left hand, some kind of cyst, that I had looked at and the dermatologist said that it was something that a hand surgeon would have to take care of but he ordered a CT scan to get a better idea of just what it was.  It is not considered a cancer risk but it is a bother.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

109 this morning.

62° was the high yesterday, though wherever Wunderground got their info they say it was 87°, NOT! Today's forecast is 79°/42°, very cold this morning (37°) but warming to the 80's and 90's the next few days all sunny!

Nothing much on the agenda for today.

ETA I hope you heal quickly Wally and all test are negative. That is a lot of biopsies at once!

102 this morning. Our high yesterday was 103° and it is supposed to be the same today. 
Yeah Barbra that was a lot of biopsies at one time but they are healing nicely although it isn't a big cut but I will know in about a week if any come back as positive and then a deeper cut will be in store.
Off shortly for a CT scan of the big lump on my hand and then finding out if it is worth removing.

108 this morning.

38° when I went out to feed the cats this morning! Yesterday's high was 69°, today's forecast is 88°/46° and sunny, but bad air.

Not planning anything for the Labor Day weekend. Only things will be some chores and experimenting with the new air fryer. So far I'm loving it!! My other one is just too big for one person and a pain to pull out, set up and clean. New one is about the size of a coffee maker on the counter. It is easy to clean, is so quiet and cooks just great!

Good luck with the hand surgeon Wally. Hope it isn't anything serious.

101 this morning.

Yesterday's high was 75°, sunny but smoky. So much smoke around the fire I couldn't see what was happening. They are making air drops but still 0% containment as of this morning. Today's forecast is for much warmer weather 90°/48° and sunny. Looks like the rainy weather is behind us for a bit now.

It is too smoky again today so far to see anything on the mountain. This could end up being one of those fires that just burns until the Fall rains set in.

Nothing on the agenda for today, but that somehow always changes as the day goes on...

103 this morning. Our high yesterday was 104° and it should be about the same today so staying pretty much the same.
Results from the CT scan of my hand were "needs an MRI to get the full picture" so the CT scan didn't really do much good. I'll wait to see what the doctor has to say about it.
