102 this morning. We got to 92° yesterday and we will be around 90° today then we start to cool down tomorrow.  By Tuesday we are supposed to have a high of 62°, quite a drop but warming back up after that.
I did see your post SKB, not easy when you are on the road a lot of the time.

123 this cloudy morning. I thought my bg was starting to come back to normal, guess not yet...

Yesterday got to 69°, today is going to be cooler with some rain and maybe snow. Forecast is 44°/30°.

My eye continues to heal. I learned on the othr forum I frequent that it can take 1-2 weeks before it completely heals and settles down. The dr never told me that. These people have been there done that so I do trust their info. Reinforces my thoughts about postponing my other eye until next month.

It has been 12 years since I had my eyes done so I don't really remember how long it took for my eye to heal but I do know that I was working then and had my first eye done on a Friday and was back at work on Monday. It was probably still healing but I could see OK.
I wanted to have the other eye done right away but the doctor wanted me to wait for a month.  My second eye may have been a lot worse than yours though.

My left eye, the one just done, was much worse than my right eye. In fact the dr said it was really not a rush to get it done, so I think on Monday I will postpone the second surgery at least until next month or when they can next fit me in...

94 this morning.  We got to 90° yesterday and it is going to start cooling down now.  Predicted high today 80° and then we will be in the low 70s next week.
Yeah Barbara, my right eye was the worse and the first I had done but my left eye was pretty bad also but I still waited a month to have it done.  That was what my doctor wanted and probably a good idea.  The thing is that I didn't realize how poor my vision had become because of the cataracts so when I had the first eye done I was really anxious to have the second eye done.  Waiting a month wasn't really a problem.

111 this mostly sunny morning.

50° was the high yesterday. Another windy day which I never like. Today's forecast is for a cooler 42°/25° with possible thunderstorms this afternoon...oh joy...NOT!

Hope you are feeling better by now Barbara. With every passing day the eye should heal more and more.

I came back yesterday but was very tired and napped the entire afternoon. From today I will start to get back on track. Workouts, testing, the whole drill.

Thanks skb, everyday is better but still somewhat fuzzy. I will put off the second surgery until next month. I am still creeped out over the whole surgery thing but I have to do both before I get new glasses...

102 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 80° so 1 10° drop and heading to 71° today.  Tomorrow is supposed to be the coolest and then we start to warm up again.  As usual with a front going through it is quite windy, not a fan of wind, but no moisture is this.  Up on the mountain we were in a pass and fairly protected from the wind most of the time but here on the flatland it is a much more common occurrence.

117 this cloudy morning.

49° was the high yesterday. Winter seems to be trying to come back...today's forecast is 39°/16° with a chance of snow showers this afternoon and evening.

I was going to run out to the PO today, but think I will wait one more day.

We are in the midst of summer and it is going to be scorching hot. May will be terrible.

Thankfully the vegetarian days are over and I am back to my old food habits, but I totally forgot to check today morning. Will have to get back into that groove.

98 this morning.  We had a high of 72° yesterday and the wind roared all day and night.  I recorded gusts of 50 MPH at my weather station in the back yard.  Today will be the coolest with a high of 64° but the wind is calm now and tomorrow it starts to warm up again.  April looks like it will stay pretty nice but it can get hot in May but usually July and August are the hottest here.
I do OK adding some vegetables to my diet but I try to avoid the starchier ones.  I don't think I would be able to get by with an all vegie diet very well.  I can see that it would be hard.  Foe a short period of time though I don't think it would be a problem though.

126 this cloudy morning. Woke to a light dusting of snow.

40° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 33°/19° with possible snow showers in the morning. At least it isn't windy like the last few days.

Got too busy with work in the morning and forgot all about posting here.

I still haven't checked my BG though. Maybe tomorrow.

98 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 65° but there was no wind so actually pretty nice.  It is going to start warming up now and we should be back in the 80s by the weekend.
I bought a new iPhone 13, not because I needed it but my carrier gave me an offer that I liked.  I had an iPhone SE 2020 that did not have 5G and this one does.  Do I need 5G ?  Not really but I am a gadget geek and if it is there I always seem to want it.  Thes is not the PRO version but the regular one.  The main difference is in the camera systems and this one does a lot but doesn't have the third lens that offers macro pictures.  It still is amazing how much these phone cameras do and my DSLR camera sits in a corner now.
