109 this morning.  We got to only 71° yesterday and it was really windy all day.  Heading to 86° today and no wind but it is supposed to be windy every day next week.
I usually test 4 times a day.  Fasting in the morning, before lunch, before dinner and after dinner.  Testing before lunch and dinner will kind of guide what I eat for each meal, kind of!

85 this morning.  We got to 87° yesterday and then it is supposed to get to 89° today and windy.  It looks like we will be on a temp roller coaster this week with our highs going up and down each day but windy all week.
I am really getting fed up with this keyboard, the keys are hard to feel if it has been pressed a lot of the time and I have to keep going back and making corrections.  Time to replace it I think.  People that game are fond of keyboards with mechanical keys and I may try that.  They are more expensive though.

50° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 60°/23° hoping it doesn't get that cold overnight.

I have never had or tried one. I'm curious if they 'feel' different ?

82 this morning.  We got to 89° yesterday but it is going to drop about 10° today, still 79°, but getting windy later in the day.
I did order the keyboard, not the most expensive and not the cheapest but I am interested to find out if it makes a difference.  There are dozens of different models on Amazon, mostly some Chinese brand but the one I got is from Logitech. Many of the brands that are trying to attract Gamers have all kinds of RGB lighting but this one does not am I am glad for that. One feature I think is neat is that while it is wireless and connects with a USB dongle to the desktop computer it also has Bluetooth and will connect to a phone or tablet so you can use the keyboard with them.  It is out for delivery today so I will be able to try it out later.

97 this cloudy morning.

60° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 49°/35° with possible snow showers this evening.

Your new keyboard sounds interesting Wally. I don't even use my desktop anymore, just the MacBook Air and occasionally my iPad mini. Not into the technical stuff at all. As long as I can get online and post here and the other forum I go to , I am happy.

100 today.  Our high yesterday was 78° and pretty windy.  A bit cooler today and windy also.  The winds are going to be here through Thursday and then Friday they will be out of here and it will start to warm up
Yeah, I saw the charge for the keyboard showed up today.  I got the keyboard yesterday and I really like it.  It is not near the cost of some of the keyboards with mechanical keys but it is quite nice for my use.  It doesn't have the fancy RGB lighting that many have to  attract the gaming people but it does have many features that are neat.  It has a receiver for the desktop computer that uses a 2.4 GHz connection that they call Lightspeed and it has only a 1ms delay so it has basically no latency.  It also has a Bluetooth connection that will connect to a phone or tablet so you can use the keyboard with them also.  My old keyboard has sticky keys and I had to continuously have to go back and fix errors.  These keys are positive and just work.  I am happy with it.

116 this partly cloudy morning. Some rain over night and possibly again tonight.

52° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 55°/31°.

Tomorrow is errand day, for some weird reason I seem to dread going out. Once I am out though I relax a lot.

89 this morning.  We had a high of 83° yesterday and windy as predicted.  A bit cooler today and windy again.
Yeah Barbara, how is your eye doing?  When I had mine done it was a stark contrast and my vision was dramatically improved but then maybe my cataracts were worse.
I have an appointment today with the orthopedic PA today.  I don't expect to get much from it but we will see.  I am still having a lot of problems with this sciatica but so far no solution.  We have spine specialist that come here from the USC Keck Medical Center but I have to go through seeing this guy to get a referral before seeing them.

114 this cloudy morning.

53° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 55°/38° with possible rain showers. It rained overnight but so far today nothing yet.

I was going to go out today, but think I will wait until tomorrow. I reordered the drops for my next eye surgery and they said a "few" days for delivery so think I will give it another day to get to the PO box.

My eye seems to be doing well. 5 more days of drops and then done. Now the issue is the old rx of my glasses. When I had my post op appointment the dr showed me what my vision would be with my new prescription and it was amazingly clear! He said new glasses won't need to be as strong as these are. Just need to get through second surgery and heal and all will be good with the eyes. Then it is on to the knee...

One at a time is a good idea. A couple of friends have got their cataract removed and they all say that it improved their vision tremendously. Someday, I will also have it done. But there is time.

101 this morning.  We got to 74° yesterday but today it will be in the 60s and windy although right now it is calm.  On the Coast they got up to an inch of rain but here it will just be windy.
My appointment with the Orthopedist went OK.  He has ordered an MRI and will see where to go after that.  I may end up with injections and if that will help I am all for it.
