91 this morning.  We got to 87° yesterday and it should be the same today with wind later in the afternoon.
Procedure yesterday went pretty well.  It is called Fine Needle Aspiration and the doctor inserts a needle into the nodule and extracts a couple of cells.  She did it 3 times and it is about like the needle insertion for a blood draw.  A bit uncomfortable but not too bad.  I will have a follow up May 6 to get the results.  Actually the worse part of it was the hour and a half drive to the location where I had it done.  My BIL drove me down there in his truck and my sciatica didn't like it very much.  I'm doing OK today though.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

59° was the high yesterday and there was some rain in the afternoon. Today's forecast is 57°/27°.

Me too.

I'm sure in that 90 minute drive you would have reached close to 80 - 90 miles. In 90 minutes of driving around in Mumbai (during traffic hours) I can reach 1.5 mile at best. Sometimes I feel it is better to walk.

99 this morning.  We had a high of 87° yesterday.  It is supposed to be 80° today and windy again this afternoon.  Today will be the coolest for a few days and we will be back in the mid to high 80s starting tomorrow.
Yeah SKB, the drive was 80 miles.  Not much traffic around here and it is highway most of the way there. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

55° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 55°/30° with chance of rain showers in the afternoon and evening.

84 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 80° and that is going to be the lowest for a while.  Today it is heading to 85° and then in the high 80s for a while. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

58° was the high yesterday with light rain showers in the afternoon. Today's forecast is 55°/36° again with possible rain showers.

I have to go out today, totally out of dry cat food and low on the wet. These kitties sure eat a lot!!

95 this morning.  We got to 84° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 90° today.  It is supposed to get windy later in the day.  This is where I am most comfortable and it looks like it will be around this for at least a few days.  I am going to enjoy it before it gets hot.

Well, I am considerably further North of your location. It takes a lot longer to warm up here.

I could the say the same for you, well, more or less. Another month and a half of this crazy heat. And then there will be the rainy season. I might have to make a couple of trips up north this month and it would be almost 120o there.

Yeah SKB, we will get to the 100°+ temps in a month or two but the big difference is that our humidity will be around 10-15%.  Still it will be better to be inside where the cooler is.
Yeah Barbara, I know you are in a much cooler environment.  I just thought it was interesting.

106 this morning.  We got to 89° yesterday and probably the same today.  By the end of the week we will see the 90s.

58° was the high yesterday there were a few showers in the evening. Today's forecast is 61°/36° again with a few showers.

Wally, there was a discussion about sciatica on the other forum I frequent. Someone suggested the SalonPas large pain relief pads as helpful for the pain. Maybe something you might want to try?
