Glad I figured it out. I'm just going with the Aspercreme overnight but tomorrow back to the patches!

105 this morning.  We got to 92° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 95° today.  I am quite happy with these temps and no wind and bright and sunny.
Yeah Barbara, I would expect the steroid is much more liable to be causing higher bg.  I am trying the Salonpas liquid and cream that also have the 4% Lidocaine, same ingredients as the patches and haven't noticed any change in bg but I also haven't noticed any improvement.  It's hard to tell though because my nerve pain moves around a lot.
I am getting anxious to get the MacBook I ordered but it will be another two week probably.  There has been a delay on shipping new MacBooks for a while.  I'm not sure why but it may have to do with mfg problems and the lock down in China.  I had looked at refurbished and used and there is not a big savings there and refurbished MacBook Airs were out of stock on the Apple store.  I do prefer buying new so I will just have to wait.

122 this cloudy morning.

Yesterday's high was 60°, today's forecast is 64°/32° with a chance of rain overnight.

I had completely forgotten about the eye drops. I have 2 more weeks on them then done. I am sure glad I don't have to worry about the patches. Though last night I noticed a red rash where I place them so I am back to the Aspercreme for today to give the area a rest. Sorry the Salonpas is not working as well for you Wally. For me they have been miracle workers!

Yes that could be reason for the delay. Apple phones are now being made in India, and hopefully the computers will follow suit.

98 this morning.  We got to 94° yesterday and heading to 97° today.  It looks like we will be over 100° tomorrow and Thursday then cooling down a bit but windy through the weekend. 
Yeah SKB, that would be a plus for India and the USA to move the assembly of Apple computers from China.  Apple doesn't have a problem with chip shortage because their chips are made in Tiawan but the final assembly in China.  The biggest problem with China right now is that they are having a big problem with covid and have locked everything down.

133 this partly cloudy morning. But not a true fasting # as I got up early and took my bp pill with about an ounce of tonic water before testing. Just wasn't thinking clearly yet.

66° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is either 66°/37° or 66°/47° depending on which site I look at. The low will probably be somewhere in between the two.

That would shoot you into the 130s. I was also at the same mark as I tried some mango and whipped cream two night ago. Still reeling under that.

101 this morning.  We got to 97° yesterday and supposed to be heading to 102° today.  It is supposed to be 100° tomorrow with winds all day and windy through the weekend.  Not unusual for here but I am not a fan of windy.
Barbara, it is probably higher than you are used to but still not horrible.

68° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 72°/45° with chance of rain this morning.

I'll be so glad when I am done with the steroid drops and maybe my bg will settle back down to closer to normal.

Thanks, lately I don't have any idea what my fbg is going tp be. Maybe once the steroids are finished maybe things will settle down. I hope!

116 this mostly blue sky morning.

71° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 81°/41° with a chance of rain late in the evening.

Knee seems to really be better, only applied Aspercreme late evening and a small Salonpas patch overnight. Taking it one day at a time and only doing anything after I start to feel pain.

I need to go out to restock cat food but may wait one more day...

82 this morning.  We got to the predicted 102° yesterday and it is supposed to be 100° today but windy.  A bit cooler through the weekend but windy every day.
