100 this morning.  We got to 107° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 108° today then it will cool down a bit into the weekend.  I have an appointment with my Cardiologist tomorrow, just a regular follow up appointment so not a big deal. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/5/2024

113 this partly cloudy morning.

83° ended up being the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 92° and again I am hoping it doesn't get there.

Slept late this morning, the kitties were not happy to be fed late!

105 this morning.  We had a high of 107° yesterday and it is supposed to be the same today.  It is going to start a cooling trend tomorrow, well, a little bit cooler.  Probably still around 100°. 
Off in a bit to my Cardiologist for a routine follow up appointment.  He has moved his office into another location in a larger complex so I will have to find where he is. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/5/2024

Yesterday's high was 84°, today's forecast is for a high of 78°, liking that!

When I tried to test today morning, the battery in the meter ran out on me. I need a spare to replace that. So couldn't test today.
It rained quite a lot yesterday. This was the first of the season.

89 this morning.  We got to 104° yesterday and it is now going to start to cool down a bit but only 1-2° a day.  That is OK as we will be in the high 90s over the weekend and good for grilling outdoors.  Monday is the 4th of July and our Independence day in the USA and famous for BBQs and fireworks.  The fireworks are still legal here so the poor dog will be hiding under my desk.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

130 this sunny morning. Thank goodness it is coming back down! Last night at bedtime it was 169!

78° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 86°/46° and clear.

I was going to go out to run a few errands and maybe go up to town, but I am just too exhausted after yesterday I'm staying in. Maybe yesterday's # was a clue something was coming.

103 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 102° so it is slowly cooling down, not much but better. 
At my appointment with my Cardiologist he determined that I had edema which I have expected and he has prescribed two water pills and I have to see him in a month.  I have noticed this as a stretching of the skin in my lower legs and feet.  It has started after the sciatica  has caused me to be sitting longer and walking less.  Not a lot I can do about that but I am going to be a little more active but it isn't easy to do.  Well, every day something new.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

91 this morning.  Our high was 104° yesterday which was a couple of degrees warmer so not cooling down as predicted however it is supposed to be cooler today with the wind picking up later.

Yesterday's high was 79°, today's forecast is86°/47° (though I never check the night time temp).

Feel so much better today! One more week with the splint on my finger and then maybe life will be back to normal!

91 this morning. 100° for a high yesterday so it is cooling down a bit.  It is supposed to get to 97° today with the wind picking up later in the day.
