116 this sunny morning.

90° ended up being the high yesterday, did not like that! Today's forecast is 97°/56° not looking forward to that.

Yeah Wally, I was surprised after a couple quakes here I looked it up. Thought I was getting away from earthquake country when I moved here.

That's hotter than Mumbai is now. We're predicted to go up to 80oF
I was at 141 today. Had some chocolate last night. I thought it was sweetened with Maltitol but it turned out to be sugared.

78 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 110° but it got cloudy in the afternoon and cooled down a bit, almost looked like it could rain but no luck.  We are at a 30% chance of rain today which probably means that just the humidity will be higher.  Rain we get in the Summer is usually from what Meteorologists call "Monsoonal moisture" because it comes up from Mexico near the equator.  Not near the monsoon rains like India gets but it can bring significant rain.  It is a regular thing in Arizona and they get downpours every day in the Summer but it doesn't often come this far West.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

122 this sunny morning. Don't know where some of these numbers are coming from... I see my pcp on Wednesday and am guessing my A1c is not going to be that great...

Last I checked, it got to 85° yesterday. Today's forecast is 76°/55°. I'll take that happily!

102 this morning.  We got to 107° yesterday.  There were thunder storms all around us and lots of rain in some areas but it just avoided anything local.  It's all out of here now and it's clear skies and a bit hotter. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

79° was the pleasant high yesterday. Today's forecast is 90°/42¨° I hope it doesn't get that high...

Not looking forward to going up to town tomorrow.

The panic of going out tomorrow is getting to me. I think I will just do the labs and then the pcp appointment. A quick grocery run to get more cat food as Amazon isn't delivering until early August. Thanks so much Prime!!

105 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 107° and it is supposed to get to 109° today.
Europe is having an unusual heat wave and while we are used to temps over 100° here as normal they are not prepared for it.  People are dying and they are dealing with wildfires.  I wonder if people will ever wake up to the danger of climate change. 
It must have something to do with your location Barbara.  I get deliveries from Amazon either on time or even sooner, but we have a distribution center only a day away.

Yes a completely man-made situation.
I'm down with a bout of food poisoning. Puked during the night and feeling drained out now.

SKB, sorry can't like that. Hope you are feeling better tomorrow.

I had a tough day too. Cancelled pcp appointment, ran two errands, PO and quick grocery run for cat food. Came home totally exhausted from 2 quick trips. Glad I didn't try to make the trip to town for pcp. I don't know if I am a full blown agoraphobic or something is wrong with me.

87 yesterday.  Our high was 107° and it looks like it will be pretty boring weather wise for the rest of the month.  The high will be right around this and no rain or even wind. 
Geeze! I can't like either one of your posts, hope you are both feeling better. 
I bought a new iPad Air to replace my older iPad Mimi.  Not that I needed it but I was tempted because it comes with the new M1 chip.  Just another toy to add to my collection.

Yesterday's high was 85°, today's forecast is 95°/47°. Hope it will not get there.

Feel better today but that may just be because I know I don't have to go anywhere. Have a Gastro appointment on the 28th hope I can make myself go, really want to pick up my new glasses then too. At this point, just one day at a time...

Wow. Congrats Wally. Have fun with your new toy.

I took the day off yesterday and slept for 4 hours in the afternoon. That helped and I'm out of the deep woods now but still among the bush. Maybe another day. But today will be a working day.
