You can do it manually as well but that's a bit more difficult to explain through posts. In fact, yesterday I typed a long post doing just that and then deleted it, because I thought it had become more confusing rather than clearer.

And then again, Barbara is right too. We're only 3 people here, so it's OK for the long link to be displayed. But do keep trying. If you like I could open up a Practice Board just for us.

84 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 98° and cloudy.  Today is heading to 93° and it is drizzling just enough to get the pavement wet and the humidity really high.  I don't expect much from the rain but it has recorded .01 inch on my rain gauge.
It's not a big deal SKB, you showed how to do it before and I was miffed that when I tried to do it it didn't work but copying and pasting the link into the text is not a problem and works.
Barbara, I don't know if not walking as much as I used to has anything to do with it but it may.  Unfortunately walking more is not an option right now but I will be taking the "water" pill and seeing my Cardiologist in two months for a follow up.

109 this partly cloudy morning.

85° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 88°/48° nice cooling trend!

88 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 98° and we got just a sprinkle here but elsewhere there was significant rain.  Only a few blocks from here it poured.  Funny how these scattered thunder storms are.  In Death Valley which is only about 70 miles from here there was a recorded 1.7 inches of rain causing flash floods that stranded over 1000 cars with about 60 cars covered with mud and debree.  The annual rainfall for Death Valley is 1.9 inches so this was quite an unusual event.

109 this mostly clear morning.

81° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 84°/54° nice!

Today I am off the Advil completely, may still use a patch on knee if needed. Will see just how much the Advil was helping the knee feel better...

108 this morning.  Our high was 100° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 105° today and clear with no wind. 
Kind of neat, I was playing around with my MacBook and my iPad and when you have them next to each other you can use the cursor with the trackpad and the keyboard on the MacBook on the iPad.  Since the iPad has a touch screen then it gives you a lot of versatility.  As an example you could have a PDF document that need a signature on the MacBook and move it to the iPad and sign it and then move it back to the MacBook.  Or even better I can write my signature on my iPad and save it, transfer it to my MacBook and even my PC for future use. I am going to play some more with this.

127 this sunny morning. Running high again not sure why. Knee getting sorer as day progresses. Trying ti decide if I want ti just go with a patch or go back on the Advil...

Went with just a patch and that seemed to help enough.

89 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 106° and it is going to start cooling down but only a couple of degrees and the humidity is going to be higher.  Once again we are going to have a chance of scattered showers for the next three or four days.  The moisture comes up from Mexico and the weather gurus call it "monsoonal moisture" which I guess is because it comes from the Equator but the main rain from it is mostly further East of here, we are on the fringe.
Yeah Barbara, hope you find a combination that works.

81° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 97°/48°.

Going to go back to the Advil for a couple of days. I have to drive up to town on Wed for blood draw and pcp appointment. The Advil seems to work the best once built up in my system. I'll go back to my experiment after the appointment.
