98 this morning. Our high yesterday was 66° and it should be the same today. It looks like we will be warming up for the weekend and may even be in the 70s.
I have decided that today is going to be a do nothing day and pretty much just take it easy.

107 this morning. Our high yesterday was 66° and it is supposed to be the same today then warming up a lot starting tomorrow with 73° then 81° Sunday! 76° Monday. This is really unexpected and quite warm for this time of year but it is going to be warmer than normal all over Southern California and they are even looking for rain closer to the coast next week. That is really needed so I hope it happens. Nothing for here but that is typical.

106 this morning.

29° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 38°/32° cloudy, but also rain/snow showers later today with possibly 1-3" of new snow here in the valley. Hope for more rain than snow so the ice that is already here can melt off before fresh snow comes.

Not much on the agenda for today. The only thing I want to do and be done with, is make a copy of my birth certificate, driver's license, passport (even though it is expired, it proves my identity) and social security card (don't think they would need it but better safe than sorry) and a copy of my mom's will. Then set them aside until needed. I just hope we can get this settled as soon and easily as possible.

The rest of the day, I just want to take it easy and pet the cats!

97 this morning.

30° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 37°/23°, cloudy with rain and snow at various times. The bigger snow comes in the next few days.

Talked to my son last night and he said he has been talking with the executor and nudging him to get the process going. And as we talked he said he needed the trust agreement from my mom's will. I sorted through all the papers and found it. That is a key piece of the inheritance process.Sent him copies I took with my phone and will mail copies today. That establishes my 25% that can't be disputed in any way. The executor has no involvement with this portion and no changes can be made to it. One big step.....

I was going to start some kitchen reorganizing today, but just not feeling it. I think most likely I will be doing some ice scraping to clear it away before new snow comes.

96 this morning. Our high yesterday was 61° but it is supposed to get to 74° today so quite a bit warmer and even warmer tomorrow so I am going to enjoy this warm spell while it lasts and get outside for a while.
I haven't decided what I am going to do today so I guess I will have to figure it out. I sold a graphics card that I had replaced with a newer one a while back so I had to package it and get it to the Post Office yesterday so I did get out of the house.
