I note that most of you have images on the left side. How do I put up one ?

Click on "profile" and you will see options for adding a personal picture either from the included gallery or upload from your computer.  HTH.

As wally said you can go to Profile / Forum Profile and there is an option to upload an avatar. You can also have a fixed signature which will appear below all your posts.
