Yes. We have a small place near a Central India forest. Planning to build something there.

What is the square footage? Prices vary wildly here depending on size and location.

If I'm reading the layout correctly, it looks like 4 bedrooms 4 baths and then two 1/2 baths. A great deck and from what you said, sounds like a beautiful piece of land with a view. Add all that to the square footage depending on what it is, $30,000 sounds like a great price! I don't think one could find anything here like that, for that price, anywhere frankly!!

Oh, I forgot to ask is the $30,000 US dollars or Rupees?
