Passover seder: about 10 ounces of wine; deviled egg; 1/2 gefilte fish; matzo ball soup (two small matzo balls), two small squares matzo with charoses (chopped apples, nuts, wine) and grated horseradish; 4 oz. grilled lamb shoulder; oven-roasted Brussels sprouts; sliced cucumber; almond flour cake with apple and coconut (our son made it using this Bon Appetit recipe for gluten-free carrot cake (https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/gluten-free-carrot-cake), but substituted apples for the carrots and candied ginger for the raisins).  [I did the calculations today; it runs 20 grams of carbs per serving, which is decidedly NOT low carb.]
