I picked up one of those Dang bars the other day, Saigon Cinnamon and Chocolate. I haven't eaten it yet. Are they any good?

I picked up a trial pack (2 each of six different flavors). So far, I've tried two. They tend to be on the dry side (unlike the Love Good Fats bars, which I had to keep in the refrigerator to keep from melting, even in mild heat).  The chocolate sea salt was not a delight, but the cardamom chai was very good--I'd definitely have that one again (but not as part of a nutritious breakfast--see the results of that test, below (I do appreciate having a meter and test strips)).

Thanks for the input. I usually only eat 1/4-1/3 of a bar at a time, even if it says Keto. The bar I have has 11g carbs and 6g fiber, so it is pretty carby.
