I have also had 300+ Total Cholesterol for a period of time. Is there anything that you are doing about it.

That's a cut-and-paste from my lab report.  I'm sure.

I take 5 mg of pravastatin a day, for the anti-inflammatory benefits (not enough to lower my cholesterol, but I don't buy into the cholesterol/heart theory of CVD; I think it's much more important to keep my blood sugar under control).  I avoid most cheese (otherwise, my LDL would have been even higher).
