I tried making 1/2 recipe of egg bites. A fail unless I douse them in ketchup and hot sauce.

Don't know if they will end up in the garbage... probably... le sigh... I was sad that the egg bites in the Hungryroot boxes were so thawed out i was afraid to eat them...

They're good for my blood sugar, and they taste OK, if not great.  They're a source of variety.
