ShotleBop, I love reading your meals. I frequently go through bouts of not finding anything I really want to eat, sadly to the point of a Glucerna or Boost BG control drink as a meal substitute. It scares me to some point but other times my appetite is very normal.I have no idea what triggers this but I would really like to eat real food and not manufactured drinks.

Correction note: Last Tuesday, I had a salad that included some (but not a whole) avocado, and had forgotten after that to fix the quantity in MyFitnessPal.  So, from last Wednesday through yesterday (Sunday), I'd recorded only a third of an avocado instead of a whole one. Makes a difference of about 160 calories, comprising approximately 9 grams carbs (4 grams fiber), 15 grams fat, and 2 grams protein. I've fixed the issue in MyFitnessPal (I've gone back and corrected those days), but I'm not going to redo things here.
