I ordered the Norwegian Crisps from Amazon. Sadly shipped in a plastic bag so lots of crumbles which will be OK in my yogurt. But would rather have the whole crackers. Have some great Blueberry Goat cheese that may well be good on them. Trying to find different snack items. Still having low appetite problems.

Do you find the Premier Shake works better for your bg than say Boost High Protein Glucose control or Glucerna? I have serious eating problems but don't want to consume something loaded with sugars. In the last couple months I have lost 12+ lbs. I need to get nutrition in even when I can't stomach food.

You always seem to find interesting substitutes/things to eat. Love those Monk Pack seed/nut bars, not as crazy about the Norwegian Crisps but they take my goat cheese well, so will eat them up!

I realize you are in a metro area as opposed to me in the boonies of MT. I so wish we had a Trader Joes in this state!! I'd drive hours to get to one! I'd even buy a small freezer to store the food!!
