Six grams of carbs.  I didn't buy them; our oldest daughter, who has had bariatric surgery, visited, and we bought them for her. These are leftovers.  They have 30 grams of protein, and I prefer to keep my breakfasts under 20.  I haven't tested 2 hours PP, so I can't say too much about how they affect my blood sugar--but, by lunch, my blood sugar was fine.

Thanks for the reply. I will look at them on Amazon and maybe give a try. I need the nutrition, but don't want a lot of carbs. I need the protein so these may work well into my rotation. I generally don't drink the full bottle of any of the supplements I use at one time. I spread it out over the day so these could work.

Hmmm haven't tried the Norwegian Crips with butter. I have been eating them with goat cheese on them, butter would work also!

I mostly use cream cheese, but the butter was there, and was already soft . . .
