Yep, amazing isn't it? My previous pcp said I was "cured" as I had good control and A1c's in the 5% range. Latest A1c 6% (kind of off plan trying to put on some weight) and now new pcp says I'm "pre-diabetic" (Nope!) Ate about 1/3 c ice cream a few days before that appointment and at 3 hours was still at 156! Yep, still diabetic here too despite what the "new theories" may be!! I know it and accept it. I don't understand this weird change in thought about diabetes...
