You and me too Shanny!!  As much as I would like to downsize and move closer to my kids, I just don't have it in me to even think of moving.

You and me too Shanny!!  As much as I would like to downsize and move closer to my kids, I just don't have it in me to even think of moving.

That was our plan, too.  But when I got laid off at the end of 2011, we couldn't keep the house we'd been in since 1990, and had to give it up.  Moved into a rental half the size, and had to give away a *-ton of stuff.  Now we're moving into our daughter's house to take care of it (and our grandson) for a couple of years, while my daughter/son-in-law/granddaughter are in India, and it's even smaller than the place we're in now.

The move is finally over (at least, we're OUT of the old house--there is so much to put away/give away at the new place, though).  I expect to pick up daily reporting tomorrow.  For now:
