I was put on a jury panel (48 people, 12 of whom will wind up on a jurty), and sitting in a courtroom while everyone answered questions about their knowledge of the parties to the case, ability to limit themselves to consideration of the evidence, and ability to be impartial.  Close quarters, and I didn't feel like breaking out my glucose meter to test my blood sugar.
