5971 steps yesterday.  Down a bit but mainly because I had things to do that kept me from walking.  Still made my 250+ steps every hour for 10 hours. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Still not 100%, and today I pulled a muscle in my back/rib area (that may actually what has been going on all along).

Trees coming down Oct 16. Boo ran for his under chair hideout as soon as the tree guy showed up.  I just hope we get through this quickly and life can get back to normal once again.

There is no way I could climb that many floors!  I had a really hard time in Las Vegas with my tiny suitcase going down one floor. The knees rebel, but flat surfaces I can do Ok.

I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike meaning 2.8 miles according to the digital readout.  I've been downright lazy doing the bike time this Summer.  Much more fun to be outside walking, but weather is changing so I have to get my act together inside.

Poor 'Boo' - here is hoping he will not suffer too much anxiety when the trees come down.

6904 steps yesterday.  Feeling kind if puny yesterday and today so not very enthusiastic.  My knees don't like stairs much.  I can go up short climbs but would much rather use a ramp.  I do envy those that can do stairs and I think it is a great way to exercise.

6522 steps yesterday.  Well, I did pick it up from the previous couple of days.  Going to see if I can do a bit better today.  I need to get working on the knee exercises.  I am so bad at doing exercises.   :-[

Weekends I don't go to the gym. But CCD's posts inspired me so much that I climbed up 22 floors yesterday. I had to take 3 stops on the way as I was out of breath. The first 5 floors I did 2 steps at a time but couldn't continue it for the rest of the way. Although I do a lot of aerobics at gym climbing stairs showed that my fitness levels are not where I want them to be. Much more work to be done.
