Rocky- It is amazing that you manage to climb 20 floors post gym. I envy people who do serious workout in the gym!

9,762 steps yesterday. No way my knees would allow me to do stairs. They rebel at even the elliptical.

I'm sorry if I have given the wrong impression. The stair climbing is during the day, not after the gym hours. I go the gym after work and then head home.

Yesterday I did 30+ floors. Sorry, I forgot how many, and then I also went to the gym for my full routine.
My life is based on a true story.

Well, Thursday I felt really lousy and in the afternoon I just crashed.  Steps were under 4K and I just didn't care.  Yesterday I still felt a bit under the weather but better and My total steps were 6695.  I still feel a bit tired this morning but not as bad so we will have to see how it goes.

Sorry you're under the weather, Wally. Hope you feel better soon.  ~hug~

10,349 steps yesterday. Surprised myself!

I know how you feel Wally, feeling punk makes it really hard to push oneself on the walking goals. Still not 100% here either...

I swear as I sit here reading about all this walking, my left knee is jabbing me as if to say 'Don't you get any ideas!'  ;D

walkerwally1

6053 steps yesterday.  I am feeling better and not having as much of a problem walking. I am using my Fitbit and the Stepz app on my phone and the results are not in agreement.  It used to be that Stepz counted more than the Fitbit and I counted my steps for 100 and 200 steps and the stepz app was closer to actual.  Now since an update to the Fitbit it seems to be counting more steps so I don't know which one is the closest.  I guess it is time to do more counting and comparing.

7,898 steps yesterday.  ~ cat ~ in lap.

Boo was better for 2.5 days and then yesterday, he threw up twice. Today he has been under the chair all day because the trees were coming down. Tonight he threw up again.  :(

This tree guy is a really hard worker! They worked 10 hours today and my guess is they are just under 1/2 done. He only has the helper today so Monday he will be alone. Maybe 2 more days...

Once the right knee joins in, you will start as well.  ;)

7968 steps on Sunday and 10560 steps on Saturday. However, did not do a lot of stair climbing.

Hope you are feeling better Wally.

I changed my target to 15000 steps. I may not be able to beat it but its better to strive for a higher target than keep on achieving a lower one.
