Wally, I still have my goal at 7,000 steps too.

Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

8987 steps yesterday.  I think that keeping my goal at 7K is more realistic and if I do more fine but I am not going to push to do more.

Very impressive numbers wally and BSG. Wally, hope your knee in improving.

11,851 steps yesterday. Lots of  ~ cat ~ in lap time.  Today he is being very cuddly too so steps may be lower.

It was my day off, I didn't do anything like climb floors or go to gym.

@wally, I've read that white muesli powder is good for the joints. Have you given it a shot ?

9884 steps yesterday.  Close enough to 10K and not a struggle so happy with that. 
Rocky, no, I really don't try any supplements anymore.  In the past I tried several with no change and I really don't think any supplement is going to do any good with the deterioration of my knee joints at this time.  I am hoping that my orthopedic doctor will try the treatment with the sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronan) intra-articular injection.  That shows promise.

8152 steps yesterday.  I'm actually surprised.  I did well for the morning but in the afternoon I decided to kind of take it easy and even lied down for a bit.
