8,526 steps yesterday. Not feeling 100% so I think I am going to put off my trip to town until Tuesday. The weather is so bleak, I really don't want to drive in it. Tuesday is predicted to be 40°F (4.44°C) so hopefully there will be some clearing.

LOL Barb . . . you're so exactly like we are! We can think of dozens of reasons we shouldn't go to town! Seems like we have to be completely out of milk or some other basic staple to force us to go. We truly are hermits, and we embrace it fervently!  ;)

If I lived in your environment where it is peaceful and quiet, I would also be finding excuses not to go to town.  There is something positive to be said for living peacefully.  Although we live in a rural environment, it is not peaceful and quiet although it was when we first bought our home.

When I lived in the mountains it was a 30 mile drive to town and if it was snowy or icy I could put off going shopping until conditions improved.  We had two large refrigerators and lots of cupboard space so it was never a problem to put it off for a few days.
Now it is not a problem as it is only 1-2 miles anywhere in town and it rarely snows and if it does it is only an inch or two.

LOL Shanny we are sisters from a different mother for sure!! I go out to my small town once a week to pick up mail at the PO and grocery shopping.

I go up to the big town only when I have a dr appt and if/when I change pcp I won't have to do that after March when I am released from my Oncologist except for once a year to the Ophthalmologist.

I love the quiet, I like to read and cuddle my  ~ cat ~. I guess I am an old cat lady...

I did manage to climb 16 floors and also did a partially cardio workout at the gym. Today I plan to be back at my normal levels.

I'm not really paying attention to steps right now while taking the injections.  Off in a bit for #3 so just hoping that in the next 1-2 weeks I will start to see some improvement.  I love the adds for this and other of the same type of hyaluronan injections that show a person that is running after treatment.  I think that may be stretching it a bit but walking would be good.   `8)
