7228 steps yesterday.  I was going at a pretty good rate until my brother came by and visiting took place of any more walking. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

7962 steps yesterday.  Not bad since I didn't feel like walking outside much, cold and windy.  We have a wind advisory today also so I will probably stay in although I do have to go out shopping.

7385 steps yesterday.  Started out feeling sore and thought it would be a down day but it got better as the day went on.  I had 12 hours with at least 500 steps so not bad at all.
