7630 steps yesterday.  I am managing 7K without any problem right now and getting 11 hours with 500 or more steps so not doing too bad.  I think I will do better when the days get longer and warm up.

I've been caught up with problems at work and have been neglecting my workouts for a long time. But, I did manage a little walk on the TM and out on the roads for 2 days now. Yesterday I crossed a little over 5 km, which would be around 6500 - 7000 steps.

7865 steps yesterday.  Kind of on the cool side and very windy yesterday so stayed mostly inside. 
Barbara, weights may be a good thing to build up strength but I don't think my knee would like it.  OTOH, I was doing weight training when I was in rehab for my hip and doing pretty good.  I need to get back to that but I am such a procrastinator.

Wally, I use hand weights 2# each and do bicep & tricep exercises as I walk. I have to dig out my list of exercises to see what else I can do while walking.

Oh, I was thinking ankle weights.  I have ankle weights and used them for some leg exercises at one time but not walking.  I like the idea of using the barbells while walking, Multi-tasking.   :D

7694 steps yesterday.  Another day of very strong winds so kind of stuck inside.  I will be glad when it warms up a bit and then the wind is not so bad.  That is until it gets too hot to be outside.   ~hot~

8406 steps yesterday.  Well, 6 out of the last 7 days I managed to make my goal of 7K or better so I feel good about that.
Barbara, yeah, the first thing I thought of when you said weights was ankle weights and that sounded torturous but using hand weights is another story and I like it.  I'm going to dig mine out and start using them.
