3,489 steps yesterday. Haven't been sleeping well, plus my back is still sore so taking it easy. Feeling sickish all day today so steps will probably be low.

8966 steps yesterday.  I think I let the few days I managed 10K steps go to my head so I set my goal back to 7K.  In the hot days ahead I don't spend as much time outside and that is where I really like to walk.

6752 steps yesterday.  I didn't even make it to 7K, feeling a bit sore and stiff.  I'm not sure where that is coming from.

8097 steps yesterday.  It was a very nice day and I just planned to get to at least 7K so I am good with that.  I was doing better than the last couple of days and I was out walking earlier and seem to be much better.

Feeling a bit better today, but still not at 100%. Back still not quiet either. I sure would like to get back to at least 7,000 steps a day.

Glad you improve a bit each day, but it sure shows us we don't bounce back quite so quickly in our old age, eh?! <3

7693 steps yesterday.  I was having problems with my lower back also and I was happy to just keep it at 7K.  I don't know why my back hurts at times.  Maybe I did something to cause it but I have no idea what.  I was out walking a little bit ago and it seems fine now so I will just go with that.  It's going to be another hot one today so morning is best them mostly inside after about noon.

I have the same questions when my shoulders & upper arms get sore & stiff. I don't do anything different . . . I sure heck don't do anything that might set off a flare-up. And still, here we are with pain.

3,505 steps yesterday.

I have had the runs ever since the prep day for my colonoscopy (6-3). Don't know why but it is really draining me. Back is still sore too...yuk.

You're prob'ly getting dehydrated, Barb. If it doesn't subside soon, try a little Imodium. (((hugs)))

BSG, you're going through dome tough times. Hope you get better soon.

I've been to the gym on and off but I have been going. Not in the best of my form but nearly there.

7213 steps yesterday.  I hit that and decided good enough.  It was really too hot to be outside after about 11:00 AM.  I was out walking this morning at 5:30 and it was really nice but it is going to be another hot one today.
Barbara, gosh, you seem to really be having a rough time.  Hope you can get some relief soon.  I agree with Shanny, some Imodium may be called for.  After my last Colonoscopy in February my doctor wanted me to start taking a fiber supplement like Metamucil and I have tried the powder before and had a bad time with it.  I found Psyllium Husk capsules at Costco and they are easy to take and work well for me.  I have been regular ever since I started them.

Still feeling punk. Geesh, never had this kind of reaction to a colonoscopy before. You may be right Shanny, I have to go up to town tomorrow for a blood draw so will pick up some Imodium. Pepto-bismol is just not cutting it.
