4,072 steps yesterday.

Today will probably be less, I have a  ~ cat ~ firmly planted in my lap.

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

I am walking everyday morning and evening to work. Does that help?

7755 steps yesterday.  Still happy just making it to 7K and not trying to push it too much.  I am feeling a lot better though. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

You bet! Walking is about the only exercise I can do, and not much of that either. But it is definitely better than nothing at all.

I try to up my steps, but I don't want to aggravate my back.

5431 steps yesterday.  I did not sleep very well Thursday night and yesterday I decided to take a little nap in the afternoon and crashed for about 3 hours.  Kind of cut in to my walking but I guess I needed it.

It's always a shock when you lie down for a minute just to 'rest your eyes', and wake up half a day later! Happens to me more often than I care to admit!  ;D ;D

I do go to the gym on and off, but I have started swimming regularly these days.

@sugarcoated, every little movement helps. Keep up the walking.

I don't know if I dare try to get back to 7,000 steps, my back has been pretty good since I cut my steps back.

5596 steps yesterday.  I just can't seem to get enthused about getting steps right now.  I think part of it is the weather.
