8645 steps yesterday.  Still felt pretty good.

8821 steps yesterday.  Happy to be able to get past 7K each day so I hope to keep it up.

4,014 steps yesterday. May be better today with all the walking at the hospital and shopping.

Will have to go out tomorrow to get the things I forgot today...  :(

9351 steps yesterday.  I kind of surprise myself some of the time.  Shopping helped to get the number up.

Decided to wait until Saturday to do my shopping. Yesterday exhausted me. Threw up my evening vitamins last night... Took a Prilosec this morning and my stomach actually does feel better today. Still no appetite though.

Is there anything worse than nausea & vomiting? I don't have it very often, but I think it's horrible. ((((Barb))))

8227 yesterday.  Still doing Ok, I have been over 8K for each day this week so far.  Hope I don't jinx myself but maybe I can keep it up.

3502 steps yesterday most of which were at the grocery store where we shop.  The store is big and sometimes I think it is a long way from one end to the other.

You're a lot better than I, KK . . . I have to use a motorized cart or I'd never make it. In fact, we both use the carts anymore. I have to remind myself that DH is 84 years old, and I'm just too fat!  :-[

Nope, not better Shanny.  I just don't know how to operate the motorized carts.  Often the carts are being used by someone else someplace in the store.  As the expression goes...."My tongue is hanging out like a dog by the time we're done shopping."

Lately, shopping, going to town/the dr just really exhausts me. I haven't resorted to the electric cart yet as I am trying to get my steps in still. If things don't improve, I may try it.

8119 steps yesterday.  Right now I like to get as many steps in shopping as I can and I am grateful that I am able to do it but when it comes time that I need an electric cart I will be glad that they have them.  I admire people that can't make it around the store without the electric cart but manage to do their own shopping by using it.
