Yesterday I walked 9.5 kms in all. It was quite a sweaty day.

Today I started with the intention of doing a distance run, but gave up midway. So instead I did 5 runs of 300 metres. That's 1500 mtrs run in 2 km overall.

8252 steps yesterday.  I felt a bit better but still not pushing.  My right knee started giving me problems so it may be time to start the injections again but that will remain to be determined.

3784 steps yesterday.  I decided that I could use a day off.  Nothing wrong, just taking a rest day.  I didn't look at my Fitbit or the Stepz App to check my progress at all and I ignored the Fitbit buzz to let me know it was time to walk.  I think it is a good thing once in a while.

It is a must. 5 day's a week is more than enough.

Today I started with the intention of doing a distance run, but gave up midway. I then decided to go for the overall time. Yesterday's 17:29 was brought down to 16:46

8482 steps yesterday.  I think the day off helped me.
Got a message from Fitbit :
By walking 4,132 miles, you've walked the length of longest river in the world and added a new badge to your stream of accomplishments!
It has been about 4 years that I have been using Fitbit so I guess that works out to about 1000 miles a year.  It kind of surprised me, no wonder my knees have problems !
