4,511 steps yesterday. Today is not looking as good. Kind of achey all over and am not pushing at all.

Almost like yesterday. Decided late to compete with the clock and ended up with 16:50.
My best has been 15:25. I think I can do it again.

6102 steps yesterday.  I was doing just great and then I was walking around inside the house barefoot and stubbed my toe !  I really whacked it and there was no way to get my shoe back on so I was kind of out of order for the rest of the day.  Seems to be OK this morning, I have been outside walking some without any problem.

5,310 steps yesterday. I kind of surprised myself.

Like yesterday, repeated the 2 km TM routine. Took 16:47 minutes.
After finishing with my weights & other exercises, I went on to the TM once again to check out if running after all other exercises would be better. It did seem less taxing on the muscles, but I have to admit I find running on the TM a very boring exercise. Still, I managed to complete a 400 metres run. That's the circumference length of an Olympic ground.

8976 steps yesterday.  I guess my big toe recovered from being slammed into the door jam without any problem.  At least it didn't bother me yesterday and is OK today.

Good that your toes heal quickly! I'd have been a week recovering from that!

3,867 steps yesterday.

Glad your toe is so much better Wally.

For a change I did the incline today. Obviously, it gives me a higher number of calories consumed.
I then did my regular exercises. Avoided weights for upper body as I have a sore shoulder.
Then I walked/ran a kilometre against the clock. Managed it in 7:55 which is good for me.

12,390 steps yesterday.  I didn't plan that, it just is what I ended up with.  Happily I felt good and did quite good.  I don't know about today but we will see.
Thanks, I really whacked my toe hard but it recovered quite well.  I know that foot problems are a condition a lot of diabetics have to deal with but so far I don't have any.

5,242 steps yesterday.  Even with a lot of  ~ cat ~ in lap time. He is sitting here again today too...

Maybe he is a magic cat and is healing me by sitting in my lap??  ;D

I think most cats are magical! Or they just make us believe that . . . <3

Shoulder is still sore so I avoided weights completely. Instead I did 3 km on the TM. Managed another distance run of 6:20 minutes and 1000 steps but got a smaller distance of 815 metres.

7983 steps yesterday.  I started the day out a bit sore and had to take it easy but it got better as the day went on.

5,288 steps yesterday.

Got sucked into the Dr Who marathon on TV last night and was up until 3AM watching. Walked during commercials and was surprised to see 1400+ steps this morning when I got up (at 11:30AM)  :) so today may be a high number, if I don't fall asleep in the recliner tonight!!
