11,922 steps yesterday. Fell asleep in the recliner and missed about an hour and a half of walking time.

I've started working out all over again. Spent the last few days with extreme cold, cough & congestion. Now I'm a bit better so I've started all over again. Just doing the TM for now. A mix of walk, run and climb. In steps terms probably around 4500.

Today I did my full workout. Not the full counts, but all the different exercises. The one exercise that I think, is most important in my routine, is the reverse sit-up, like in the image attached.

8395 steps yesterday.  Obviously I was feeling better.  Still a bit puny but not too bad.
SKB, kudos to you for being able to do that.  I can't even do a sit up on a flat surface.  Used to, but not any more.  I think "use it or loose it" is a valid statement.

14,200 steps yesterday.

Wow skb, I'm impressed! It is awesome you can do that!

My Stepz app updated itself this morning, not sure I like what they did. Probably it will be OK once I get used to it.

Absolutely. I'm going to be 61 next month and I want to be able to continue doing my full set well into my 70s. Therefore I'm not happy with the frequent breaks that happen.

5798 steps yesterday.  Still not feeling as good as I would like.  I hope it is just a mild cold and will get better soon.

skb - your exercises look difficult to me but I'm glad you are able to do them.  Keep up the good work.

bigskygal - My stepz app updated itself too and for some unknown reason, my stepz total for the day before was totally lost.  I have to snoop around some more and see if I can find it.

Wally - Maybe you are just having issues with your weather temperatures changing.  Hope you feel better soon.

Grammabear, at first Thursday was gone, but now it is back, but Wednesday is gone. I haven't quite figured out how to scroll backwards. Wish I had been given the choice to update or not...

2,484 stepz yesterday at a very busy grocery store.

bigskygal - On my stepz app, there is a very small white arrow and the left side of the screen near the top of the screen.  We may have different versions of the app depending on the brand of our cell phone.  I am currently using a refurbished iphone 7.

5825 steps yesterday. Right now I am just trying to get my 300+ steps each hour and not worrying about total steps.  I don't think it has anything to do with the weather, it has stayed pretty consistent here all winter.  Some days like today a bit cooler but not a big change at all.  It really just feels like a cold and I do think it is getting better.
It is interesting that both Barbara and Grammabear has had an update to the stepz app.  I am also on an iPhone 7 and I haven't had an update.  I don't have automatic updating on and when an update is available I can choose to go ahead and install it or pass.  So far I have seen no change.

Wally, I too have an iPhone 7. I do have automatic updates on so I guess that is how it happened.

Grammabear, I don't have an arrow on the left side unless I have scrolled through the options for the day. Then the arrow will take me back to the first screen for the day which is the step count. I figured ou that I can go back to previous days by swiping the bar screen to the right. Tues and Wednesday's count are still missing...oh well, they are recorded here.

9222 steps yesterday.  I am definitely feeling better.  Maybe not 100% but at least 90%.  Hoping to keep that way.
Barbara, I wonder if we are using the same stepz app ?  On mine just under the Stepz title is the step count and just under that it says today, to the left of that is an arrow. If you tap on that arrow it goes back a day each time you tap on it.  Or on the bottom of the screen there is a "history: you can tap on and it shows daily totals for months.
