No I did most of my walking either on the metro stations or the airports. Both the Mumbai and Delhi airports are gigantic.

I do not tolerate the heat very well. Give me the winter any day, but keep me covered.

Airport walking is a great way to kill all the wait time!

Walking in the heat should count for extra steps in my opinion.  What kind of temperatures do you see during India's winter season?

I had walked on Sat and Sunday last and then again 45 minutes this morning. In between I couldn't do it. Attending to my sick mother.

12,578 steps yesterday. Probably won't get as many in today with the drive to the hospital and the biopsy time.

Mumbai has a very moderate climate. When I was younger the city usually maintained a constant high of 31oC. Now the highs in summer cross 40oC very easily. During the so called winter we go to lows of about 12oC. That's around 50oF for you.

Thanks to this thread I could look back and find that I my last workout was on 9th April. I managed to do it again today, thanks to a better water supply and management.

Got in more steps at the hospital than I thought I would. I kept my phone in my pocket instead of leaving it in my purse in the locker.

Another 45 minutes walk on Monday which was election day and so a holiday. I think I'm doing close to 4 km. Today is also a holiday and I think I'll find the time to do it again today.
