12,797 steps yesterday. May not get that high today what with all the vacuuming. I did have to quit after a while as my back started to hurt.

I have not been able to walk much this week. However I do get off one stop earlier from the bus and walk 1 km everyday.

Sweety - Good job of getting off one stop earlier.  If you have a smart phone, there are apps that count your steps while the phone is in your pocket or your handbag.

Great idea Sweety! Yes a smart phone app is great for capturing all the steps you take in a day. That is what I use and it stays in my pocket all the time. You may be pleasantly surprised at all the steps you take at work each day.

6204 steps which is almost 5 kms for me. This from the watch my brother gave me on my birthday. I changed my phone and have not downloaded an app since then. Maybe I will do that.

Went for a meeting yesterday evening. Couldn't get a cab on the way back. My phone was on me and it recorded 4476 stepz.

1622 stepz for the times that the phone was in my pocket. Though yesterday, was a very tedious day and the actual count may be 5-6 times higher. My office building is quite old and going in for demolition soon, so we had to shift office. Obviously, a lot of manual work.
