10,238 steps, 1 hour 44 min. and 12/12 hours yesterday.  I have managed to get past 10K steps for three days in a row, a long time since I was able to do that.  Hoping to keep it up.

16,603 steps yesterday. 2 hr 46 mins walking. Highest ever I think, since I deleted Stepz don't have the records easily accessible.

Nice Wally!

Another new record! 17,423 steps yesterday. 3 hours 7 mins walking time. Highest hour was of all things 11PM where I did 1,747 steps!!

It is really odd, I feel really good, lighter, more relaxed. I thin k having the liver issues at least defined has taken a load off my mind. I really do feel good, so I am not going to worry any more about it. I have cut way back on my night caps, but not quit completely.

Getting up earlier has also definitely added to my walking time. Now I need to try to go to bed earlier! ;D

10,263 steps, 1 hour 59 min. and 12/12 hours yesterday.  I kind of ran out of steam around noon but later picked back up.  I really didn't think I would make it to 10 K but did.
Barbara, glad you are feeling good.  yeah, not worrying about health issues helps a lot.

Wow! Another record! 18,404 steps yesterday. 3 hours 6 mins walking time. Highest hour this time was 11AM with 1725 steps. I am not doing anything different or pushing myself to get a high number it just seems to be happening. Two extra hours awake I guess help...

So true Wally, I guess I didn't realize just how much underlying worrying I was doing.

This is unbelievable! I never thought I'd hit this number! 20,316 steps yesterday!! 3 hours 28 mins walking time. Highest hour was 3PM with 1,833 steps. I honestly don't know how that happened!

Today I slept in so most likely will not see such a number today.

9276 steps yesterday.  A bit short of 10K but I did manage to have a total of 70K for the week and it has been quite a while since I have been able to do that.
Barbara, one thing the Fitbit does is keep a record of all stats and it is fun once in a while to check on your progress.  My best day was back in 2016 and I had 23,712 steps.  I don't see that happening again.  My first Fitbit was bought in 2013 and since then I have recorded 12,606,836 steps for a total of 4973 miles. That is like walking from Los Angeles to New York and back (almost, just 600 miles short of the full round trip).  It kind of boggles my mind to see how many steps we take over time.  No wonder our knees and other body parts start to cause problems.  We really use them a lot.

Another record! 20,714 steps yesterday. 3 hours 33 mins walking time. Highest hour was 11PM with 1,959 steps. So far back and knees are just fine. I did sleep in way later this morning, so don't know how today will turn out. I am just amazed that 2 days in a row I am over 20,000 steps!

17,938 steps. I knew yesterday would be lower as I didn't get up until a bit after 11AM. Lost a few hours walking time. Today I am up early as I didn't sleep well last night.
