Wally, the very best for your next challenge.
Yesterday was a good day at the gym. Sarge made me do a little extra of everything. Hope this will help with the fasting numbers.

I haven't been very good about posting recently but I'll try to improve that.

I'm guilty as well and I'm trying to do better at posting everyday. It does help to keep the motivation high. Though I'm not diabetic, I feel that the exercise part is all too important for me. This thread really nudged me into action, first in buying some of the home equipment & sometimes to shakeoff my lethargy.

I've been regular with the zoomba and it helped me get my numbers down. But I think I'll be missing my class tomorrow. Have to go to a function.

Like I said I started the next Fitbit "challenge" today.  Trying to get it completed in 5 days and I should be able to do it.  It figures that would be 11,500 steps average per day, did 11,479 yesterday and have made a good start today.  The route follows the NYC marathon for a total of 26.2 miles.  To think that people do this in a matter of hours is kind of mind boggling.

I did my full workout this morning. Added some difficulty by increasing the incline.

Only made 8,480 steps yesterday.  My knee and back were acting up so didn't push it.

That's really great guys. I went to the park today morning. Walked for an hour which would be about 5 kms and I think that would be anywhere between 6500-7000 steps. So 11000+ is really great.
Weekends I don't have zoomba so I like to walk early mornings when both hubby & daughter are asleep.

Day two of the NYC marathon challenge yesterday and 12,203 steps.  Another good day for me and I am ahead of my intended goal.  If the body cooperates I should be able to finish as planed.

9,409 steps yesterday. Going slow for a bit longer to rest the knee and low back.

I didn't quite make my intended steps yesterday, 10,970, short of 11,400 but I am still ahead overall because of being over the two days before.  If I average 10,900 for the next two days I will finish as planned.  Yesterday it got so windy, gusts 30-35MPH, and I HATE  the wind so I quit early.  Could have walked more inside but figured good enough.  I'm afraid it is going to be windy again today but just have to take it as it comes.
Good plan Barb but still, 9400 steps is quite respectable.

10,783 steps yesterday.  Got a little carried away and the cat was not demanding my lap as much. Plus I got up earlier than usual.
