12,492 steps, one hour 54 min. and 12/12 hours yesterday.  My best day for quite a while.  I just decided that getting 500 steps an hour worked well so I bumped it up to 1,000 steps/hour and it worked well.  I'm going to be interested to see how I manage today.
Grammabear, Every step helps and you are only helping yourself by trying to do a bit better.  Keep up the good work.

14,992 steps yesterday. 2 hours 26 mins walking time. Fell asleep in the recliner last night and lost a couple of hours walking time. Going to lunch with my friend that took me to the hospital today so may not have as much walking time today.

Keep up the good work Grammabear!

11,902 steps, 1 hour 51 min. and 12/12 hours.  I was glad to be able to back up Monday with a 10K+ day.  I have a doctors appointment this morning so that may cut into my steps a bit.

12,572 steps, two hours and 12/12 hours at 250+.  I kind of surprised myself and I am quite happy to be able to be breaking through the 10K step barrier for the last few days.  I don't really know why I am not having the pain problem that plagued me before but happy right now that I don't seem to be having that problem.

10,711 steps, 1 hour 50 min. and 12/12 hours yesterday.  I got really tired for some reason around noon and figured I was not going to keep it up but I got a second wind and finished the day better than I thought I would.
Thanks SKB, yeah, I am not sure why but I am able to do a lot more than I was a while ago.  I just hope I can continue, so far so good !   :)
Grammabear, a lot of steps for you.  Something like the Fair is reason to walk a lot.  ~gjb~

10,569 steps, one hour 52 min. and 12/12 hours yesterday.  Had some friends over for a while and visiting kind of took up some walking time but I was surprised to get to 10K +.
