7120 steps yesterday.  I'm not sure why but my heel started to hurt in the afternoon.  It wasn't from anything like a cut or bruise and I don't have a problem with my feet normally but it was like close to the bone.  Any way I took it easy for the rest of the day and this morning it seems fin

Had about an inch of snow overnight so I will add 30 minutes of snow shoveling to clear my decks to tomorrow's exercise report.

I have also experienced that at times. I've always attributed bad / wearing footwear or standing too long as the causes.

10,123 steps yesterday.  A doctors visit took up almost 2 hours so kind of cut in to my walking but I did manage 12/12 hours with at least 250 steps.
SKB, I don't think either of those things applied here but I do seem to have some arthritis in my feet and hands and from time to time there is pain but it doesn't last.  Happily all seems good now.

Increased my workout TM routine and the weight counts by about 20%. Yesterday I was not feeling too well so I took it a bit easy.

8869 steps yesterday.  The testing kind of cut into my time but almost got to 10K.  More testing today but it should not take as long.

I ave also been regular with my walks. By regular I mean every other day, not everyday. But I try to do that as many times in a week as possible.

Ajit - I think 24 kms of cycling in a day is pretty good. It must be helping with your BG numbers a lot. Do you test regularly?

Keeping the time factor at a constant, increased the degree of difficulty by another 17-18%. Still I am at least 25% below last levels.
