10,292 steps yesterday.  Ended up not doing the surgery but the appointment did cut into my walking a bit.  Still able to get my 10K in though so all is going OK.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.4%   8/5/2024

Yeah Barbara, the doctor thinks that a prescription cream will remove the cancer cells and I have used it once before.  I have a follow up appointment in two months to verify if it did the job. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

8298 steps yesterday.  I kind of got busy and lost track of time for a while so not quite 10K but that's OK.

14,643 steps yesterday. Was feeling kind of worn down from the time change so took it easy. Today was a ton errands and I am exhausted! Hope I can bounce back some.
