Only 4538 steps yesterday.  I was doing quite good in the morning and then the wind kicked up and allergies really put me down.  Much better this morning.

Rocky- you did do better. I was at 27 floors. :)

Finally.
And I did 27 floors yesterday. Now, the weekend days are off days.

You young sprouts whose legs actually work!  :D
It's all I can do to get up one flight of stairs to go to bed at night!  ~slp~

I don't have stairs in my house, but it makes me "tired" just reading about these young-uns going up
so many steps every day.

Well, at 75 I don't qualify as a young sprout and I really do not do stairs well either.  For one thing there just are not any stairs around here.  I can do them if there is a hand rail and I think it may help me build leg muscle but I don't know where to go.
Then again maybe it is a good thing there are no stairs around !   ::)
One thing I am sure of is that the number of stairs I could do would be way lower than Rocky or CCD but then that is as it should be.

Yep - same here. I need the handrail & brace myself against the wall too.

13,254 steps yesterday.

I don't do stairs well either. The knees just don't like them.

Not that young, really. Comparatively maybe.

To be very honest those floors are done during the entire day, maybe 4-5 at a time. Don't know about ccd.

Today, is rest day  ;D

8107 steps yesterday.  I have decided to concentrate on how many steps I get each hour rather than the daily total.  It started with Fitbit and  prompt to get at least 250 steps each hour.  I then saw that Stepz kept track of your hourly steps and set the goal at 300.  Yesterday I wanted to get at least 500 steps each hour and was able to do that for the 10 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.  Of course 500 steps for 10 hours would only be 5K steps so I made more on some hours but only made 1000 on one hour.  But I keep moving throughout the day and that is supposed to be a good thing.

Not really a lot to brag about here as far as steps go, but yesterday I got 3,111 steps which is more than usual for me.

13,426 steps yesterday.

I like that hourly screen in Stepz too Wally. I think it has helped me get my steps up.

That's a great score Kathy. Logging your daily count here will help keep track of your activity and some days you'll really surprise yourself.

8046 steps yesterday.  Once again I was able to manage at least 500 steps each hour for the 10 hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.  Best hour was 1188 steps and lowest was 525 steps so I am managing to make that work so far.  Not quite able to manage 1000 steps each hour but maybe some day.
