It must be 'knee' season, because while I don't walk for exercise, if I sit too long, my knees complain vehemently. But they quiet down after the first step away from the chair.

My left one is even tender to touch, and I use voltaren gel on it sometimes.

I took off this morning for my doctors appointment and forgot to post.  I had 8454 steps yesterday.  Even after the injections sometimes I need to wear the knee brace.  Take it easy Barbara, sometimes you just have to give it a rest.

Well, I was up early yesterday and thought I had adapted to the time change but after I got home from my doctors appointment I just crashed.  Only about 4K total steps yesterday.  I may do better today.

At such times I'm usually here, at The Pub.

I've upped my routine to about 90% of where I left off, but even that was around 20% below my optimum levels. So I have a lot of catching up to do.

8825 steps yesterday.  Starting to get back to normal after the time change.  Still waiting for it to warm up a bit and hoping for Spring to last for a while before it gets HOT !

Increased my counts for all exercises. I'm going to turn 60 in some time & I would like to be fitter as I age.

7192 steps yesterday which surprised me because I had to start drinking the solution to clean out the gut at 3:00 PM and it really works fast !  I had to drink a glass about every 15 min until the whole gallon was gone and I could not stray far from the john after I started so walking was very limited !

6444 steps yesterday which is actually quite good considering that I didn't get started until noon when I got home from the colonoscopy.  Not much walking before that so this was for the six hours from noon to 5 PM.
