9461 steps yesterday.   I kind of got lazy toward the end of the day but didn't have any problems, knee is OK. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

A surprising 10,289 steps yesterday. I didn't feel bad doing that, but today is a different story... knee is killing me.

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.

7169 steps yesterday.  I was doing great until around noon and then I tried a few minutes on my bike and that did me in.  I was pedaling at about 15 MPH for only about three min steady and that was all I could do.  After that my legs were like rubber and walking was not easy.  I was glad to get to 7K. 
Barbara, sorry your knee is being such a problem.  Hope it gets better.

Sorry guys, I haven't posted anything here. That's basically because I haven't done anything much. I've not been gymming this entire week. Sarge must be so upset, that he will be ready to murder me.  ;D

7590 steps yesterday.  My legs were still sore, a lot, from the bike pedaling so I was just glad to get 7K.  I hope I am going to see some improvement from the riding.

9084 steps yesterday.  The wind really picked up yesterday afternoon so I backed off a bit.  I was glad my legs seemed to recover and didn't bother me.  It looks like I will need a couple of days to recover after riding the bike.
Barbara, you may want to see an orthopedist about your knees.  I did very well after cortisone injections which lasted for about 6 months.  After a couple of years they lost their effectiveness and the injections of hyaluronan in December really made a difference.

Still babying the nee. it is better today.

Yeah Wally, I am getting really close to going to the bone/joint dr over this. I need to call them and see if I need a referral from my pcp.

8456 steps yesterday.  I felt OK but just wasn't really into it.  I did manage to get 500+ steps each hour for 12 hours and that is good.

Knee is feeling better, but today I've had a lot of  ~ cat ~ in lap time so will be low steps for sure.

8101 steps yesterday.  I did good until about 2:00 PM and then it started to rain and I took the rest of the day off.

8977 steps yesterday.  Not bad but I thought it would be a bit higher.  I walked 500 + every hour but I need more than that to get to 10K.

5,972 steps yesterday.   ~ cat ~ again wanted a lot of lap time. Today he's off sleeping in the sunshine coming through the library window.

Knee is sore today so don't know how high the count will be today. I bought some Arnica cream today, hopefully that will help.
