4,126 steps yesterday.

Feeling a little better each day. Will be calling the dr tomorrow. Still taking it easy. My goal is still set at 7,000 steps, hope to get back up there sometime in the near future.

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

10,683 steps yesterday.   I did have a bit of a twinge in my knee a couple of times yesterday and I hope it doesn't mean trouble on it's way.  I was able to walk it off both times and it doesn't bother me yet today so keeping my fingers crossed.  The injections have to be at least 6 months apart so I have to make it through June before I can start them again. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Still taking it easy, my back is hurting more today.

10,753 steps yesterday.  It got hot in the afternoon so stayed inside most of the time.  Still, not doing too bad.  It's going to be windy this afternoon and all day tomorrow but the temp is going to be a bit cooler.

4,046 steps yesterday.

Back was sore today, but my friend recommended a new cream for pain and boy is it wonderful!! It is called Two Old Goats Essential Oil Lotion. It smells like a Bengue lite. I got it today from Amazon, boy did it work well! 3 applications over the day where I was using the Arnica gel at least 6 times. My friend says her family swears by it.

10,152 steps yesterday.  It is a bit cooler today but it is going to be windy, hopefully not too bad.  It's going to get hot for the weekend, over 100° is predicted.

Still taking it easy, but man oh man the Two Old Goats cream really is helping! It is way better than the arnica gel! Will be ordering this in a larger size soon.

11,367 steps yesterday.  Still managing to make it to 10K + each day.  Hope to continue for as long as my knees are doing well.
Barbara, glad to hear you found something that works.  Funny name, there must be a story there, but I will keep it in mind.  I'm sure I will have a need sometime in the future.

Barb - I am happy for you to be able to have some pain relief.  I believe I will order a small container to see if it might make a slight difference in how I feel.  Hope you continue to feel better.

3,955 steps yesterday. Still taking it easy. Had to go out today to shop and pick up my prep for colonoscopy on Monday.  :( Sunday is my birthday and I will be doing the prep...not much fun... But I am going out to lunch with my friend after to celebrate.

Grammabear, I too got the small bottle to try it out. It really has made a difference and I am already placing an order for the 2 larger bottles. The Arnica gel lasts about 2 hours, but the Two Goats is good for 4-5 hours.

My friend and her family in CA swear by Two Old Goats. She told me about it and wow, what a difference.

I hope Two Old Goats lotion blows holes in the roofs with their success, just because some sorehead complained and prevented them from being able to use the name of their real uses. Why is it that some always feel the need to bring ruin & grief to others?

I'm with you Shanny, someone was threatened by how well this cream worked that they went to war against it.

This is the best ever pain removing cream I have ever tried.
